Squad Training

ITF Ireland Team

Selection for the 2011 World Championships to be held in DPR Korea has begun. All adult Black Belts are invited to try out for the team. Selection will run alongside the Squad training for the Euros Team. Also all black belts are invited to participate at Squads for experience, fitness and as training partners for the National Team. Final selection for the Worlds will be in April.

Colour Belt Squad

Training for the RITA National Colour Belt Development Squad will take
place on the following dates:

Saturday, 29th January 2011 in Firhouse - 11.00am to 2.00pm
Saturday, 26th February 2011 in Carrick-on-Suir (time to be confirmed)
Saturday, 12th March 2011 (venue and time to be confirmed)
Saturday, 16th April 2011 (venue and time to be confirmed)
Saturday, 14th May 2011 (venue and time to be confirmed)
Saturday, 18th June 2011 (venue and time to be confirmed)

All training sessions will last 3 hours from now on, to enable us to
fit in as much as possible.
